Beach Party Set up and take down JULY 23rd

Looking for extra hands/muscle to set up all the party things on the beach (semi private beach adjacent to our property). We have all the items, need help getting them to the beach and set up, then taken down later in the day. Set up by 1pm: Take all items to beach, one long block from house to beachfront and set everything up so guests can arrive and enjoy. 3x beach shade tents 3x serving tables 8x beach chairs 12x floats (will require pumping and connecting to anchors and ropes) 3x large coolers with ice and beverages (these are so heavy...we've done it ourselves before and we're just too old and lazy, but still want to enjoy our cold beverages) Other random party stuff like cups, trash cans, games, towels, etc Depending on timing, maybe some sandwich trays and other food NOTE: This whole process takes about a dozen trips back and forth from house to beach, it's hard work. Take down all the heavy items approx 5pm and return everything to house/garage, secure any trash. We're hoping to be useless at 5pm (see above comment about enjoying beverages) so will count on whoever does the job to make sure we don't leave anything behind that'll kill dolphins or turtles or otherwise upset the Bay wildlife.
