My young, sweet border collie girl needs a new home where she can be the only dog. She is just over a year old, fixed, UTD on shots, well taken care of and deeply loved. Personality: She loves hiking, she's great on leash, and she is incredibly trainable. She bonds hard to her people, but she's friendly and confident with new people as well. Her favorite things include biting water from the hose (lol), and snuggling for hours. She is a typical high energy BC pup, but she does settle well in the house. She is non-destructive, perfectly house-trained, not possessive of food or toys -- basically perfect. Are you a runner/hiker who wants the world's best companion right by your side every day? You might want to meet this girl. Unfortunately, she does not get along with my other dog. (We've tried everything). I believe she needs to be the only dog in the home at least until she gets older and feels more secure. Despite this, she still enjoys the dog park and will play with other dogs. I strongly believe that with consistency and training she will become an even happier, more confident dog and many of her quirks will subside. Despite how much I love her, our home just isn't the right one for her to grow in. There will be a rehoming fee that we may waive for the right home with proof of pet insurance.
