We are looking for a Working Remodeler to join our team as we expand our Las Vegas operation. We are a construction company that works closely with many local designers with very high-quality standards, as well as full, remodels of high-end homes throughout the Las Vegas valley. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in remodeling - Experienced in construction specifically kitchen and bath installations, finish carpentry, framing, sheetrock/ drywall, light electrical, and plumbing. - Must be willing to work on the job with other crewmen as needed and be skilled and knowledgeable when working in a crew environment. - Applicant MUST have a valid driver's license, own a working, insured truck, and must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must have own tools associated with the trade. Must have power and hand tools to complete the following: - Carpentry - Framing - Electrical - Plumbing - Misc. handyman repairs Good communication skills. Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination. Knowledge of mathematics. Must be hardworking & reliable Strong organizational skills Responsibilities: - Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required. - Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials. - Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment. - Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
