Homicidal driver on 106W in Halifax in silver GMC SUV handicap placard

My mom and I were pulling onto 106 after visiting my grandma and great aunt at the Halifax Estates 55+ park. Nobody was coming, but right when we pulled out a silver GMC SUV with a handicap placard appeared and was clearly going around 60mph in what I would guess is a 35mph zone. I was dumbfounded at how fast this person was driving around the curve, in front of a park where elderly people live, and I thought we were going to get hit, but we didn't. Instead, the SUV laid down on the horn and drove as close to my car as possible, swerving back and forth behind us and intermittently pulling up alongside us *into oncoming traffic*, on a 2-way, 2 lane, no passing road, trying to either pass us or run us off the road, all while laying on the horn. I was panicking, waiting for an accident to occur. Finally we reached the little cemetery area before Cumberland Farms on the right and pulled over, and the SUV pulled up alongside us. There were two young men inside, I couldn't get a good look at the driver but the passenger was white and had long hair, maybe shoulder length. He was young, in his early 20s if I had to guess. He screamed at us "TAKE OFF YOUR MASKS YOU F------ LOSERS" and then drove away. We were a few cars behind them at the Cumberland Farms light and again at the Wal-Mart light. I couldn't see their plate but it looked like it contained five numbers and no letters. If you know these pathetic, emotionally stunted and fragile people please contact me. I have never seen more blatant, reckless disregard for human life in my nearly twenty years of driving. They should not be driving and they should not be allowed to exist in civil society. If it had been an elderly resident pulling out of the park I cannot imagine how they would have dealt with it. I'm 35 and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. They will inevitably kill themselves or someone else. Thank you.
