1 year Lab mix needs rehoming

Rehoming my 1 year old Lab mix. We recently got him but my long time senior dog was having some trouble getting along with him. He is not aggressive at all, just super playful and really high energy, where my other dog is chill and didn't want to be bothered. Gets along great with people and is a really good guard dog. Would prefer if you had a nice size yard for him to run around in. Has his first round of shots but not fixed. I'll include his bed, collar, leash, crate, and toys. Small rehoming fee to make sure he is going to a loving home.
