Artist collective- call for artists

My friends and I are looking to rent a large studio space to turn into a fine arts studio. We actually already have a place in mind, but we are hoping to find a couple more people to help bring down the rent (total # ideally would be 6-8 in about 1000 square feet). The long term plan is to host shows and become an active part of the Logan/Avondale arts community. We are all in our mid to late 20s and would probably be looking for people in that same ballpark. BIPOC and queer friendly. The few people we have gotten together are in the painting/illustration/fiber arts sphere but we are open to anything! We have a lot of musician friends but the current place we're looking at has more of a shop feel and probably wouldn't be the best for a musician full time, but we would be happy to talk about playing at events down the road.
