Hello, We are a family-owned Cortland business looking for a trainee for a property maintenance position. Flexible hours from 15-40 per week. Our minimum payment is $15 per hour. Pay increases with experience. Tasks would include light carpentry assistance, cleaning, mowing, and general labor to upkeep over a dozen Cortland properties. Training and safety equipment are provided according to each task. No previous work experience is required, but the ability to follow instructions well is a must!
