We are a local design / remodel firm 8 years in a business and with a showroom. We are looking for a crew that can handle kitchen and bath remodels from start to finish. Must haves: *Licensed in DC, VA and /or MD *Insurance *Minimum 5 years experience remodeling *Expert tile installer *Expert cabinet installer *Plumbing & electrical experience - able to pass close-in and final inspections *Able to read plans and selections sheets, ensure materials are installed correctly *Must be able to obtain building materials *Keep job sites clean and customers happy *Follow a schedule *Communication skills / customer service skills *High attention to detail Please send photos of your work. All finished materials (tile, faucets, toilet, tub, vanity, mirror, vanity light) will be provided. You are responsible for obtaining building materials.
