Jesus didn't say to "Feed the hungry, clothe the poor, tend to the sick UNLESS YOU HATE THE GOVERNMENT AND THINK THEY'RE A BUNCH OF MARXISTS". The devil is the one who adds those things on to the words of Jesus. Well done. You exposed how evil works very well. Take something Jesus said and add your own evil thinking to it until it turns into an excuse to NOT do what Jesus said.
