Congress is entitled to hold hearings according to the Constitution. There have been MANY including the Watergate hearings, the Benghazi hearings, the McCarthy hearings, and on and on. That conservatives suddenly think all hearings are Unconstitutional just proves their ignorance. No one said this is a court hearing so why pretending anyone has called it that just further proves your ignorance.
