Rehoming 11 week old male chihuahua/wiener dog mix

I have an 11 week old chiweenie he is super sweet loves to play and cuddle he is doing good with potty training but is not currently house broken. Kennel trained but hates dog carriers over night. Doesn’t like the car unless he can be up front. He doesn’t come with anything because everything I have for him is what I need for My other dogs but with 3 other dogs and my niece and a part time job I don’t have the time to train him. He has his 8 and 10 week shots but the lady didn’t give me his papers. He needs to be dewormed again at 12 weeks he got his dewormer with his shots. Free to good home but have to come to me or meet me halfway. Located in hermiston Oregon.
