A 166 Space Mobile Home Park in Lemoore, CA is seeking EXPERIENCED ONLY Maintenance Technicians. The successful candidate will possess a work history that includes maintenance, construction, plumbing, landscaping and electrical experience. This is a team environment and this role is a critical component to the success of the community's day to day operations. Job Responsibilities Include: - Overseeing Maintenance Shop - Maintain, troubleshoot and make repairs to property infrastructure (utilities), - Carpentry and Painting - Provide attractive and well-kept common areas. - Professional and courteous tenant relations - MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH Qualification: Basic maintenance, equipment and tool skills Current valid CA driver's license Pleasant and professional demeanor Motivated and organized Good attention to detail Clean driving record
