Contracting Company looking for MAINTENANCE workers & SUBCONTRACTORS! MAINTENANCE Job Description: Must be able to repair drywall (patch holes, tape & float, paint to match and texture), install fixtures, basic electrical (change out outlets, switches and covers), basic plumbing (changing out fixtures, toilets, water heaters etc), basic woodworking (installation of trim, doors & some cabinetry), painting (paint to match), landscaping, and basic maintenance needs for make readys and occupied rentals. *Experience is preferred in all of what is listed in the job description BUT with the right applicant, we will train someone with SOME experience. Hours: Must have open availability between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 30-40 hours a week depending on how many work orders need to be completed. Requirements: *Transportation, you must have a non shared vehicle as you will be required to go to multiple locations and potential supply runs. *You must be able to pass a background check to work in occupied homes. If you can not pass a background check, we still might be able to use you for unoccupied homes or landscaping, depending on your background check. *Must show up on time and ready to work with the proper basic tools needed for the day. *Must own basic tools. *Pay is once a week, at the end of the work day on Fridays. *Pay is also dependent on experience. *60 day Probationary period for all new workers, at the end of the probationary period, new workers will be evaluated on their experience, job proficiency and time management skills. SUBCONTRACTORS We are making a list for contractors. If you would like to be on our list, please send us a message with your name, number and what type of jobs you would like to bid on and your work experience in the industry. When jobs come available, you will receive a text with details of the job up for bid. You will then be able to schedule a walk thru, bids will be due within 24hrs of the walk thru. Bids must have detailed descriptions, labor pricing and projected time for completion. *Materials are supplied. Pay is at the end of the job for most smaller jobs. Larger/ longer projects, progression payments will be offered.
