Rochester apartment complex is currently seeking contractors to remodel vacant units and make ready for new tenants. Some of the duties include light drywall repair, painting, light plumbing and electrical, installing doors, and installing vinyl plank flooring. Seeking hard workers who have reliable transportation and their own tools. We supply all materials and offer some flexibility to work around other jobs. This position will be contractor status and you will be paid per job and payment will vary depending on level of work needed in each unit.
