Need a ford F150 fixed

I have a 2001 Ford F150 280K mi. The automatic windows won't roll down, and the heat and AC work but the blower motor doesn't. Looking for someone who can fix these for $200 labor. Once you look at it and tell me what we need I will buy the parts at Autozone or Advanced. Then you can work on it. Must be able to come to Lapel and work on it at my house. Travel mechanic ideal.
