Hello, We are a small home building company in the local area and we are in search of a permanent, part-time office assistant to help with client communication, documentation, billing, and other tasks as necessary. We are looking for somebody who is generally available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, with actual working hours to be determined by work load and communication. Some in-person work in the office will be required and, as such, a willingness to work in the office is preferred. We have a small office with only 1-3 other individuals. Responsibilities will include communicating with clients, budgeting, organizing documents, and billing. Previous experience with MS Office, OneDrive, Quickbooks, and/or home construction is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train somebody who is a good fit.
