SHIFT: 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thursday PAY: $20/Hour The Extruder Operator position performs the following operations: · Prepare dies for use & proper cleaning and care of dies · Identify and handle of materials · Understand of Organic products and their usages · Morning start-up & evening shut-down procedures · Knowledge of basic operating procedures (Intro. To extruder operator) · Operate extruders, 2 1/2" & 4" · Extruder head assembly & disassembly · Knowledge of autoclave operation · Conveyor operation & control · Understand of talker operation · Knowledge of proper coiling procedures & deal with soft extrusion & handle finished goods · Understand inventory control · Product development · Procedure for part-marking on the line & equipment · Knowledge of mill operation and safety rules · Use of measuring and calibrated equipment · Proper use of chemicals and bonding agents, location and use of SDS sheets · Forklift operation and safety · Understand and complete paperwork as assigned · Understand quality policies & procedures · Understand safety rules · Ability to complete other tasks that may be assigned DPI Staffing, a division of The DPI Group, offers temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire job opportunities with top employers.
