Grounds Maintenance Worker: Description: We are looking for a self motivated person who thrives off of being independent and doing a job well. Job duties will include picking up trash, cigarette buds, and anything else dropped or left around that does not belong in that designated area. Along with that, this individual will be cleaning restrooms, sinks, mirrors, and floors. All trash and trash bags in the area will need to be taken out and replaced with new liners. All railings, door handles, benches, and commonly touched areas will need to be sanitized. The elevators will be swept and moped along with all stairs will also need to be swept as well. This individual will also be required to report any vandalism, theft, and repairs needing to be done to the management team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys being on their feet and working independently while upholding the quality of their work. Located in Bend Full time Hours: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm Pay between $20.00-$22.00 Requirements: Able to work full time Must be able to pass a background check Must have a valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation.
