We are a small (several person) professional services company with small amount of monthly transactions. Our home office is located near SeaWorld. We are not bookkeeping people. We need a professional and dependable qualified experienced professional data entry, bookkeeper, proficient with QuickBooks to assist with preparing data to go to company's accountants for our 2021 year-end corporate filings. Once this is completed we would use your services monthly (the first week of the month mid-week) for full day 9 AM to 5 PM monthly starting First week Of August. As of the first week of August there will be extra days in the beginning to catch up Jan to July or 2022 so that coming into August we are current and month to month thereafter. Minimum 3 years data entry bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience. Available Mon 07/18 Through Fri 07/22 4 PM To 9 PM Thereafter Available Monthly (the first week of the month mid-week) 9 AM - 5 PM
