Painter / Handyman for rental flip

Hi there, I'm looking for a painter / handyman type to get two homes cleaned up and back on the rental market. Generally in good shape but need lots of TLC. Interior and Exterior work available and the project could begin as early as this week, please message for more details. We have all the tools and ladders needed but would prefer a professional team with their own equipment. Please send a brief description of your skills, relevant work history and availability. I'd like to get going on this as soon as possible. Thank you. Pay depends on experience, tools, insurance etc. Range from $20 - $40/hr.
