I'm buying a house in Bennington at the end of July. Its been a bit neglected and needs some work to be habitable for my step daughter and her kids. There's a fair amount of manual labor needed both inside and out. Some of what we'll be doing includes removing a deck, cutting down overgrown vegitation to be hauled away, tearing up carpet and hauling to the dumpster, etc. Much of this will be hot and dirty work.
If we work well together maybe you can stay around longer as we put it back together, including new flooring, fresh paint, a new deck, etc.
