Commercial Maintenance Company seeking a dependable individual to join our team in a general building maintenance position. Must be able to perform light construction projects and property maintenance services. A basic proficiency in plumbing, electrical and a wide range of carpentry skills would be beneficial. Must have a clean appearance and be able to provide an acceptable Driving Record. Individuals must have their own vehicle for transportation and live within 25 minutes of Manchester, NH.
