Oregon Powder Coating is looking to fill full-time positions in our parts preparation department. Job entails light sanding and masking of parts, plugging threaded holes and hanging parts on overhead strut with hooks to be moved into the powder coating booths for spray coating. Light to moderate lifting, generally nothing more than 20-25 lbs. Forklifts do all of the heavy lifting. Full time, day shift. M-Th 4 x 10hr shifts. 6am-4:30 pm. Occasional Friday shift depending on workloads. Paid holidays, Sick Pay, Paid Vacation accrual, Medical Insurance, discount powder coating (on personal projects). Must be able to be on your feet during the entire works shift, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, lift. Work is considered light to moderate. New facility, well maintained equipment, growing company.
