We found a small, friendly dog with no tags, on Lincoln st below SE 39th; friendly and quiet, seemed lost and hungry, fur seemed clean enough to be probably recently lost. I think he is in the 10-15lb range, sorry, I'm not familiar with dogs enough to ID breed etc, past the pic...
