Found black cat with white feet

This little girl has been lurking around for a little while and has been sleeping under my shed for the last week at least. On Friday we offered some food and water and got hissed at a lot. Saturday the cat would accept a little bit of petting. By today the cat came in our house, jumped in a lap, and used a litter box. That's when we figured it might not be feral. I live near Portland Christian Elementary.
