We are hiring for talented, goal oriented technicians, for both the cleaning and restoration sides of our business. No experience needed, we are happy to train the right people. However, if you have experience as a carpet cleaning technician operating truck mounted cleaning systems—or experience as a restoration technician—that is a definite bonus and we would seriously like to chat with you! PAY • Starting pay DOE. $16.00 - $22.00.00 an hour, depending on experience and skill set/s. • $1,500.00 New Employee Bonus after six months of on-time job performance. BENEFITS: • Bonus referral program • Job bonus incentives • Employer match IRA after six months JOB FUNCTIONS: • Carpet Cleaning • Area Rug Cleaning • Upholstery Cleaning • Tile & Grout Cleaning • Water Damage Restoration • Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration • Mold Remediation • Other tasks as assigned REQUIREMENTS: • Willingness to occasionally work nights, weekends, or holidays. We try our best to give our crews the weekends off. However, we may have to occasionally respond to an emergency loss over the weekend as this is the nature of our business. • This position requires you have a cell phone to keep in contact with the Operations Manager. • Clean and valid Idaho driver’s license – [no glaring violations in the last three years]. • Must have reliable transportation. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and random drug testing. • Must be neat in appearance and clean-shaven. This job requires that, on occasion, as conditions require, you wear a respirator. It is not possible to achieve a proper seal over a bearded face. • No use of tobacco or vaping products. • Tattoos must be able to be covered by long sleeved uniform shirts.
