Job Title: General Laborer Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay Rate: $17-$20/hr (DOE) Job Duties: Will be responsible for light painting/drywall, make readies, turns and work orders, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds, working on trash outs, and maintaining the cleanliness of the community. Excellent customer service experience required. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
