Small "extra income - cleaning job" We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning job in a medical building located in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, market - FIVE DAYS Each Week, (Monday thru Friday). Cleaning Can Be Done Any Time After 5pm - Each Day (2 Hours Per Day) NOTE: Cleaner Must Be Able To Work Five Days Each Week (Monday thru Friday) Pay Rate: $18 Per Hour – Total Of (10) Hours Per Week Cleaning Responsibilities: (Areas To Be Cleaned Are Exam Rooms – Kitchen/Breakroom – Restrooms) • Trash Removal • Sweep and Mop All Hard Flooring • Mopping • Vacuum All Carpet • Restroom Cleaning, (Replenish Supplies/Empty Trash/Polish Mirror/Sanitize Area) • Dispose of Red Bad Waste Into Proper Containers • Spot Clean Glass • Spot Clean Microwave and Refrigerator • Dust All Horizontal Surfaces and Lobby Chairs • Dust and Vacuum Ceiling Vents • Wipe Down Tables and Chairs • Wipe Down and Polish Water Coolers • Wipe and Clean Horizontal Surfaces • Wipe and Clean Sink, Faucets, Backsplash In Exam Rooms & Kitchen • Disinfect Countertops *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.
