Project sights will include new construction commercial buildings, hotels, multi-family housing and single family residences. Job Duties Operate and care for construction equipment and machines. Help equipment operator, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary. Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards. Load or unload construction materials. Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding. Follow instructions from supervisors. Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary. (growth potential!) Perform site clean-up. Work with other crew members in a safe, productive and enjoyable work environment. Qualifications Some experience preferred, but not required.* Driver’s License- Reliable transportation Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime/ weekends as needed Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks. Job Duties Operate tools including nail gun, hammer, and tape measure. Read, understand, and build according to construction plans. Framing walls and roof structures, installing windows, entry and other doors and door openings, installing wrap. Work with other crew members in a safe, productive and enjoyable work environment. Knowledge Carpentry (framing, finish) Siding Windows & Doors Hardware Installation Cabinet Installation Qualifications 1+ years Framing Experience Required Driver’s License- Reliable transportation Must be punctual and reliable.
