Leftist Rock/Singer-Songwriter Seeking Collaborator Comrades

Singer/songwriter currently working on a project to collaborate with likeminded musicians on original music as well as covers of old labor anthems (Joe Hill, Woody Guthrie, Utah Philipps, Billy Bragg, etc), and pop punk crowdpleasers by bands that generally speak to the impact the capitalist system has on working people (The Clash, Alkaline Trio, Hot Water Music, and for you deep cut scenesters, Direct Hit and The Dopamines). I’m looking for left-wing folx of various persuasions to help fill out a line-up for live performances and some studio sessions. Looking for people who can stick with a once-a-week practice/rehearsal commitment for starters, and would really love another songwriter to collaborate with and punch-up some originals I've been kicking around for a little bit and vice-versa. Longer-term, I would love to gig out 2-3 times a month and record a collection of originals and some modernized covers from the little red songbook.
