Papillion Yorkie mixed dog was taken from West Virginia Street around Medical Center Drive. He has a nervous condition, did not have a collar on when he was taken from us after squeezing out the gate when I left to the store. His name is Mister, he my sister's dog, but he is a great part of my family. If you have seen him, or have taken him, please return him, my sister was in tears over him.
