Description
I have side by side hones with new trim throughout. Each home is small at 950 sq ft, 2 beds & 2 baths. All new millworker installed and a few very minor drywall patch areas. Need all trim putty and caulked, clean smooth work only, not looking for a rush job. I’ll supply materials, knee pads or floor cushion would helpful. Job is ready now and looking to start Tomorrow (Tuesday). Pay is cash by the hour, $15 - $18 depending on quality of work maybe more.
