The HVAC Helper must be able to effectively work with customers, vendors, and company staff. Must be familiar with aspects of HVAC installation change-out's and able to work in a team environment. The HVAC Helper must be cleanly dressed in a professional manner. The HVAC Helper is responsible for completing all assigned service work and/or installation work per their position assignment. This is an Entry level position. Dress Code: • Company shirt • Khaki Pants or Jeans • Belt • Dark Shoes, Gym Shoes are acceptable • Conservative professional look • Must comply with the company Grooming Protocol Requirements: • Must provide proof of Auto Insurance • Must provide 1099 Information • Must be able to climb, work at heights, lift, crawl on hands and knees, work with small items and work in high heat areas (attics). • Must have clean driving record • Must pass background check & drug screen Service Duties • Attend all company meetings. • Maintain the highest customer service standards possible. • Complete all internal company forms. • Assist the Service Technicians with jobs as needed Duties • Using company vehicle pick up equipment at supply houses • Dropping off equipment at job sites • Physically helping with 2 man jobs • Cleaning the warehouse • Breaking Down Used Equipment • Taking used equipment to recycling center • Other duties as needed Compensation • $17-18/hr. • Paid Holidays • Quarterly Team Building Events
