Warehouse Assistant / Parts & Material Runner Responsibilities include: • Responsible for handling inbound merchandise from external vendors • Accountable for reading and pulling orders • Move inventory and materials across facilities with forklift or pallet jack • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location • Process inventory for deliveries to job sites • Drives materials as needed to job sites across the greater Houston area • Reports damaged or missing inventory to supervisors • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing • Adheres to all safety rules and guidelines Requirements: • 1+ year prior Warehouse experience • High School Diploma or GED, required. • Positive attitude and Excellent Customer Service skills. • Ability to wear safety gear at all times • Ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack • Valid Driver’s license • Experience pulling a trailer preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details. • Able to perform other duties as assigned
