Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities Oversee day to day operations of the job for our Construction Company. (We do Commercial Construction) Provide site safety and implement site policies and procedures. Supervise staff and keep accurate records of daily progress and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate. Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments. Communicate with customers regarding products and services. Will works close with General Superintendent on a daily basis. Will need basic knowledge of blue print reading and supervisory skills are a plus.
