We are a local remodeling company, looking for experienced carpenters and carpenter apprentices capable of handling and learning all phases of remodeling projects... We need team members who take pride in what they do, we pay for quality results. Employment type: full-time, 5 - 6 days a week, year-round work. Paid weekly + performance bonuses. *** Must have current, valid driver’s license, reliable daily transportation and own hand tools. Duties and Responsibilities • Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties. • Perform light carpentry work • Maintain a clean and safe and efficient construction site • Work with little supervision and as part of a team to complete construction projects • Loading and unloading materials and supplies • Cleaning and preparing job site for beginning and end of day. Requirements and Qualifications • High school diploma or GED certificate • Valid driver's license • Reliable transportation • Knowledge of remodeling industry • Must have own hand and power tools • Communication and teamwork skills • Physical stamina and manual dexterity • The ability to lift heavy loads. MUST BE ABLE TO follow instructions, take direction, work independently and if unsure or don’t know how to do something “ask for help”.
