Lab/terrier mix to good home

I need to find a good home for my 2 year old lab/terrier mix. I am only rehoming him because I am moving and unfortunately my new place does not permit pets. He is an extremely loving family dog. I have two young children that he plays with great. He is good around other dogs and cats. He has high energy as most labs do but is just as cuddly as he is playful. He is house-trained, crate trained and knows simple commands. I do have a crate, several beds, toys, food and water dish, grooming supplies,etc. that I will be rehoming with him if desired. I’m asking a rehoming fee of $75 to make sure he’s going to a serious home.
