Description

We are looking for an individual who will oversee all of our warehouse, delivery, & shipping operations. This is a long term position & an important role within our company. This person who fills this position must be a decisive individual who can be flexible, work extra hours as needed to see a task through, hold themselves and others accountable, follow direction of management, work independently as well as lead a team. **This individual must be well organized & have great attention to detail. You will be responsible for : - coordinating deliveries of job materials - coordinating with purchasing department - matching up purchase orders & verifying quantities - working with department managers & field staff - Maintaining inventory levels & putting together stock orders - Pulling Jobs & packaging jobs to be delivered - Coordinating training on process & procedure with new employees - Take lists for parts orders from field employees - Coordinate yearly warehouse inventory - other tasks as needed Details: - Knowledge of hvac parts is a plus, but not a necessity - Forklift certification is a plus - Warehouse management experience is a plus - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance offered - Vacation & paid holidays - Performance reviews & pay increases will be available
