Mover Full and Part Time Positions-Non-CDL Driver

We are seeking a full time and part time friendly, polite, hands on, customer service driven Non CDL Truck Driver/Delivery people to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). This job has odd hours, minimal travel, working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities: - Safely operate a 20' or larger box truck - automatic transmission - Load and unload cargo - high touch cargo - highly fragile unpacked items - Carry items over 100 lbs. - furniture related items - Safely secure all items in truck, check load counts before delivery and on pick up. - Complete pick-ups and deliveries in the Central Indiana area - White Glove Delivery of high-end furniture - Assemble and disassemble furniture - Palletize and pack boxes, Wrap and package furniture and décor. - Build custom boxes and custom wood crates for fragile and "hard-to-pack" items - Communicate with customers during pick-up and delivery route - Place 30-minute advance call to all customers - Manage and educate driver assistant Other desirable skills: Wood Working, Welding, Furniture Assembly, Basic Eclectic, Sewing, Cleaning, Upholstery, Painting, Foam Sculpting When not delivering you will be working in warehouse, cleaning and prepping gear for return to inventory. Must have valid Indiana Drivers license Some Nights and Weekend required for this job.
