This is a part-time, live-in position for 1 person on a private horse ranch in a safe, quiet, remote (no public services/transportation), up-scale community, providing care for ranch animals and housekeeping. Caretaker will receive a newer 1 bedroom apartment and all utilities. Additional compensation may be available depending on additional skills, or assisting other ranches. This position is for a person who is able to work without supervision, training or drama. The successful applicant will need to pass a background check, have a CA. License + Good DMV record + employment eligibility documentation. This is a low stress position for a person comfortable with a conservative family lifestyle. Seniors are encouraged to apply.
