Fit Dog Chicago is hiring! We are hiring for a Driver postition. This postion includes driving, handling dogs, cleaning up after dogs and more. You will be picking up a specific route of pups througout the city of Chicago. You must be able to drive and drive VERY WELL. This is a full time salaried postion with the option of insurance. Canidates must haves: -Valid driver license -Know the City of Chicago streets -The ability to drive in heavy Chicago traffic, stay accident free, follow the rules of the road, drive under stress -Love for dogs -The ability to learn our training program to care for the dogs and keep them safe while they are in a pack and at daycare -Great customer service skills- you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis -The ability and willingness to clean, clean, clean and then clean some more- we clean up after the dogs, clean the daycare, clean up poop and pee, laundry, clean bathrooms, clean our outdoor area, change buckets etc ALL DAY long, every single member of the team- from the Owners to the handlers :) -Stand on your feet for long periods of time- we are always moving and grooving and busy, you will not be bored! -The ability to work with others as a team- it takes everyone working together to run the show and have happy & safe pups! -Great problem solving skills - we do not want to micromamage you- we want to train you and set you up for success! -Availability to work weekends & holidays- holidays are our most busy time and we will require you to work.
