We are looking for someone with the following qualities: - Management experience and a desire to continually learn and grow - Ability to encourage and train crew members to learn, grow, and advance in the company - Enjoys working outdoors and coming home every day with a sense of accomplishment - Communicates effectively - Manages time well - Problem solver - Honest, humble, friendly, and punctual - Self-motivated - Mechanical knowhow - Machinery experience Applicants should have a breadth of experience working in landscaping and/or related fields, and a working knowledge of landscape plants and best care practices.
