really need help

Hello my name is Amber I'm 27, I have my 8 yr old with me. A couple days ago a so called friend tossed my car keys in a bunch of bushes and snapped my steering wheel off my car...I've been searching in the bushes for days and I can't find them. I had to pay $200 for a tow down the road. If anyone has any resources, advice, or really anything to help me get a new steering column and ignition I would owe you my life.
