Hello everyone, I'm starting new business "food business" and would love to find someone who is interested to be a partner. I have experience and skill to cook and prepare several Mediterranean cousins. I'm planning to start with temporary/mobile food booth at events in Seattle center and major state fairs during Summer and Fall. if things worked well then I will move to a food trailer or even brick and mortar restaurant. Right now I'm looking for a commissary kitchen as a requirement for most events. Will discuss more details to anyone who is interested and willing to be a responsible partner.
