Job description Job description Temporary Maintenance Technician for Turnover Summer 2022– Sterling 5th Street – Davis, CA August 1st- September 10th $15 per hour, lots of overtime available, will be provided multiple meals per week. What You’ll Do Maintenance Technicians are a vital part of the on-site maintenance team. You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and help prepare the individual apartments and complex for new move-ins. Tasks include but are not limited to: - Basic Maintenance Work Orders (replacing lightbulbs, hardware, etc.) - Basic Plumbing -Touch up paint -groundskeeping -Trash pick up & removal - replacing carpet/ flooring - key making If you want to make some extra cash over the summer, and get some free meals working with an awesome team, please apply!
