Looking for a Jack of all trades. We are a small property management company looking for a maintenance person for small and large repairs. Including but not limited to drywall repair, replacing hot water tanks, replacing garbage disposals, clean outs, installing dishwashers, painting, water leaks, changing light fixtures, laying laminate flooring and more. Must have reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and a valid drivers license, and have own tools. A plus if you have a trailer and mowing equipment. Must be willing to travel in Charlotte and as far as Salisbury. Right now we have a lot of work so this would be full time to start. Please email resume or call 980-294-0988.
