Vendors Wanted. FOR THE NORTHAMPTON ELKS " Vendor Village" ( Tag Sale, Craft Fair, FLEA MARKET) 17 Spring Street Florence Massachusetts. August 20th 2022 Rain or Shine 9:00am-2:00pm Setup starts anytime after 7:00am. If interested,,, request your Vendor agreement by contacting us via emai. ( don't delay- we have limited indoor and "under tent" spots) We have plenty of $25 outdoor spots. Marketing includes: *Advertising in the local newspaper *Social Media posts * posts on the "nextdoor" app *event calender posts *Craigslist posts *Flyers distributed and announcements made at our Elks events like our Thursday Night Cruise Nights, Cornhole nights, Karaoke nights and Friday Live Music nights. * yards sale treasure map app * eye catching "wiggle arm guy" set up during the event * Announcements posted on Elks internal platforms Perks: *Pleanty of free parking for you and your customers * High traffic location close to Florence center. * Clean restrooms for you and your customers * ATM on site and available to you and your customers * Lounge open with beverages for sale * Coffee and Danish available for sale * Great lunch choices available for sale at fair prices * FUN raffles. Including automatic free entry of all Vendors into the $25.00 cash raffle ( winner must be present to win at 2:00pm). * Great music * if you need a table or tables, we can provide, set up and take down tables for an additional $5.00 per table. * Awesome atmosphere with fun people - we will never ask you for electronic money transfers.
