Come join me in experiencing a true awakening and connection with your higher self! This Soma Breathwork Awakening ceremony is specifically created as a manifestation supercharge, energizing your mind, body, intention, and releasing any blocks or trauma that stands in the way of that. Whatever it may be that you want to experience in your life right now....maybe it's a powerful release of stored trauma, a new career, a life partner, all the money in the world, or more freedom....whatever it is, this powerful ceremony will help you get there!! You will walk away feeling exhilarated and energized in your body, mind, and soul. Your vibration will be extremely high, and you will get to take that energy into your life!!! You will let go of any energy that you have been holding onto so that you can create manifestations with ease. We will start with a short introduction to what Soma breathwork is and its amazing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits. We will then have a short sharing opportunity for those that wish to share their intentions with the group (always more powerful when you speak it out loud!) before we move into the instructions for what you will be doing in the breathwork, followed by the actual breathwork ceremony. The meditation is 48 minutes, and to experience the maximum results of this powerful ceremony, I recommend staying for the entire breathwork meditation. Come with a willingness to go all and let go of anything that no longer serves you energetically! Following the breathwork, I will leave time for another short sharing opportunity for those that want to talk about their experience and ask any questions that may have come up in the process. These ceremonies have been so MAGICAL, with so many releases and awakenings happing for so many of those in attendance!!! And the in person group energy only adds to that magic!! **Some things to note: If you have eyeshades, bring them as well as your own yoga mat to lay down on. It is also recommended that you come on an empty stomach. That means try and not have had any food for at least two hours beforehand. Also, make sure you bring a pen and paper so you are able to write down your intention. Bring your friends and family and experience the power of your own breath together!!
