Handyman needed part-time We are real estate investors who flip homes and aslo have rentals. We are looking for a full fledged handyman with years of experience (preferably licensed and insured). We are in town to try-out new workers to build long term relationships with steady work. We have 4 homes including regular scheduled maintenance, installing new light fixtures, changing outlets, replacing toilets, replacing vanities, caulking, finishing work with spackling/mudding, level 5 finishing (using sponge so good enough that no sanding is needed), caulking, painting. If you do good work we would like to keep you as our main Handyman to upgrade/repair/maintenance and very much interested in stead work in managing our properties where tasks may also include all other things relating to home maintanance and guests services included but not limited to: Pressure washing, Pool patio cleaning, BBQ cleaning, general interior maintenance, trash removal, and cleanup after previous guests departure, errands to pick up supplies and material, and meet and greet arriving guests, and give guests a brief orientaition of house and area, etc. The normal day starts with a FaceTime/WhatsApp VIDEO call with us when you get there to evaluate home condition and then to go over what needs priority to be done with an Iphone or WhatsApp FaceTime VIDEO call with us and same call at end of day before leaving at 5 pm to show what has been done. We will then send you a payment with your choice of cash: CashApp, ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or GooglePay. Please know this is daily pay same day as work is provided and not any bid projects as there are various maintenance work, pressure wash and clean for arriving tenant guests. Pay is with CASH app, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal paid same day (MUST SEND PHOTOS of WORK & WHERE YOU LIVE) and/or Facebook/Instagram page when replying to this post) REQUIREMENT: - Professional Handyman/Maintenance man - Must live in Davenport/Four Corners area (west of Disney) - Years of Experience with lots of tools - A valid Driver License and your own truck (not dependent of family member's car) - NON smoker, Drug FREE, CLEAN background - Own a Truck to haul off trash & pick up material (no drop-off/pick-up)
