Description

As a member of a small maintenance team, you will work under minimal supervision to help maintain the exterior of the beautiful 295 unit condominium property located in Feather Sound (Clearwater, Florida), as well clean/maintain the interior of the common areas like the clubhouse and front lobby as well as other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age with reliable transportation to/from work Neat /clean appearance and attire Ability to stand for long periods, kneel, bend, climb step ladders and withstand Florida outdoor weather conditions Ability to lift items up to 25lbs. and occasionally lift 45+ lbs. Provide proper documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States Pass a criminal background and reference check
